HavannahSoy: "Big" really is a small word - only three letters long. An oxymoron, kind of like my life. I have a form of muscular dystrophy called Spinal Muscular Atrophy which has confined me to a chair since I was born. However, for all those who know me, I think you will agree that this chair has hardly confined me. As in the movie What's Eating Gilbert Grape? from which I lovingly borrowed the title of this blog, I am simply a person accepting my life. (Bring on the cheese, baby.) I am an artist, a writer, an enthusiastic vegetarian, and a shameless Harry Potter fan. Cheers, mes cheries.
